Grief Support

The Walking Through Grief Society is a local group that serves Vermilion, Wainwright, Kitscoty, Lloydminster, and surrounding communities. It believes that grief is normal and that it affects people of all ages and from all walks of life. People need a safe, supportive and loving environment in which to reconcile with life's losses and each person should be shown respect as they follow their own unique journey through grief.

A seminar and support group for those who have lost someone close to them. Participants watch and discuss a series of videos that help navigate the grief process.

The Compassionate Friends of Canada

An organization for families who have suffered the death of a child from any cause. Provides contacts to local chapters, articles and information about grieving.
