Wendelin Scherger

On Sunday, May 13th, 2007 Mr. Wendel Scherger of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 65 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine of Wainwright; two sons, Dean (Rosanne) Scherger of Lethbridge, Alberta, Grant (Karla) Scherger of Red Deer, Alberta; three daughters, Dalarie Poulsen of Camrose, Alberta, Deanna (John) Wakefield of Slave Lake, Alberta, Sheri (Ron) Thomsen of Wainwright; sixteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; his companion, his dog & co-pilot, Joey; two sisters, Lorraine (Raymond) Lapierre of Wainwright, Judy (Gene) Grunow of Wainwright, one brother, Phil (Jeannie) Scherger of Edmonton; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one son, Duane; his parents, John & Julia Scherger; one brother-in-law, Don Baumgartner.
