Walter Barton Obituary

Walter Barton passed away on March 15, 2026, in Wainwright, Alberta at the age of 88 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Clara Andrus; children Cheryl Barton, George (Trina) Barton, Leonard (Tanya) Barton, Edward Barton, and Vernon (Candace) Barton; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was pre-deceased by his parents George & Laura “Alberta” Barton; brother Charles Barton; and 4 grandsons.

Come and Go Celebration Of Life on Saturday, April 11, 2026 starting at 1:00 p.m. at 4005 48 Ave. Vermilion, AB.

Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or charity of choice
