Sergio "Serg" Raposo

Sergio “Serg“ Raposo passed away on May 4, 2026, in Vermilion, Alberta, at the age of 62 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Crystal Swan; daughters Tanisha Raposo and Cierra (Bobby) Parkinson; grandchildren Connor & Rylan; mother Elisa Raposo; brother Rick (Anna) Raposo; sister Claudia (Jim) McLeod; nieces & nephews Cam (Fay), Tori (Hyunkeun), Briana, and Cassidy; father in-law Leonard Swan; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

He was pre-deceased by his son Matt Raposo; father Rolando Raposo; and mother in-law Reta Swan.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Vermilion Elk’s Hall, 5018 49 Ave.

Memorial donations may be made to the VES Hot Lunch Society, St. Jerome's School (memo: hot lunch program) or a charity of choice.
