Mary Axley

Mary Axley passed away on April 29, 2024 in Vermilion, Alberta at the age of 94 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children George Gryshik, Michael (Leona) Gryshik, Anthony (Fern) Axley, Dave (Dianna) Axley, Debbie Buhler; grandchildren Jay, Tyrell, & Brandy Gryshik,

Jesse, Austin & Robyn Axley, David Axley, Kristen & Matt Flynn, and Tom Buhler; 8 great grandchildren; as well as numerous siblings, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Ben Axley; parents Dan & Annie Pashulka; brother Ambrose Pashulka; twin siblings at birth; and granddaughter Sara Buhler.

Divine Liturgy and Funeral Mass is taking place Friday, May 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church, Derwent.

Memorial Donations may be made to Friends of Vermilion Health Centre (Palliative) or charity of one’s choice.
