On Sunday September 23 Kiera and her mother Rhonda passed away near Viking Alberta They are survived by their loving family; husband and father, Lee; daughters and sisters, Erin and Bailey; Rhondas parents, Maurice and Freda Phillips of Wainwright, Alberta; Lees father, Pat (Karen) Van Koughnett of Peers, Alberta; Lees mother, Elaine (Dennis) Caouette of Wainwright; Rhondas brother and sister, Merle (Wendy) Phillips of Wainwright, Laura (Billy) Lancaster of Irma, Alberta; Lees sister Tanya (Leo Elrick) Van Koughnett of Wainwright; Rhondas half brother, Kevin (Lorna) Gurnett of Red Deer; as well as many other relatives and friends.
