On Saturday, July the 4th Mr. Fred Nelson passed away at the Vermilion Health Care Centre in Vermilion, Alberta at the age of 70 years. Fred leaves to cherish his memory: His special friend Caralyn Killam of Marwayne; his 3 Children: Arvin Nelson of Edmonton, Kris Nelson of Edmonton, Marit (Rod) Schlaut of Daysland; 3 Step Children: Bart Killam of Lloydminster, David (Diane) Killam of Lloydminster, Daryl (Debbie) Killam of Lloydminster; 9 Grandchildren: Kynen & Natahne Nelson, Kiera, Raya & Lacey Schlaut, Dannielle, Cole, Jenna & Blake Killam; 1 brother Joe (Linda) Nelson of Vermilion; 1 sister Mary (Scotty) Mari of Lloydminster as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Karl and Nellie Nelson A Funeral Service for Fred will be conducted from Parkview Alliance Church, Vermilion on Thursday July 9th, 2009 at 2:00 PM with Interment to follow in the Vermilion Public Cemetery. Donations in memory of Fred may be made to Friends of Vermilion Health Care
