John Blaine Quinto Sams

John Sams of Lottie Lake, passed away on January 7, 2026 in Bonnyville, Alberta at the age of 66 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children Jenna (Steven) Tupper, Dusten Sams, and Quinto Sams; grandchildren Meka & Blake Tupper, Peyton, Seth, & Ryder Sams, and Ozzy Sams; siblings Wally Sams, Marlene (Duane) Marvin, Gale (Roberta) Sams, Valerie (Eddie) Christenson, and Glen (Judy) Sams; siblings in law Kelly (Heather) Littlejohn, and Thelma Howse; mother in law Marilyn Littlejohn; as well as numerous siblings in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

 He was predeceased by his wife Cheryl Sams; grandson Vinny Sams; parents Walter & Bernice Sams; and father in law Gerry Littlejohn.

In keeping with John’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
