John Angus Lawrence

It is with sorrowful hearts that we announce the passing of John Angus Lawrence on January 21, 2024, surrounded by his family, in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 79 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children Jennifer (Damian Gurgul) Lawrence, Stephen (Rachelle) Lawrence, Cameron (Joanna) Lawrence, and Janine (Dustin) Roy; grandchildren Anna and Adrian Gurgul, Maisie, Caelan, Seth, and Riely Mansfield, and Elizabeth Lawrence; siblings Art (Ruby) Lawrence and Lillian (Leonard) Griebel; siblings in law Carolyn DeFord, Veronica (Walter) Weber, and Monica (Neal) Fink; co-workers at Reflections Funeral & Cremation Services; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his loving wife Marlene Lawrence; parents Arthur & Annie Lawrence; siblings Ian Lawrence and Clare (Thomas) Brodbin; niece Adele Griebel; nephews Joseph Brodbin and Brian Brodbin; and brother in law Dever DeFord

A Funeral Mass is taking place on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church, Clandonald. Overflow available at Clandonald Hall.
