Johan "Joe” Van Hoegee passed away on December 14, 2025 in Vermilion, Alberta at the age of 96 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sister in law Hermina Van Dijk; numerous nieces and nephews in Holland; and special friends Frank & Kathy Eyben and family, Judy Eyben (Jeff), Helen Brundige (Sandy) and family, and Dean & Paula Williamson.

He was predeceased by his parents Johan & Helena Van Hoegee; brother Christiaan Van Hoegee; sister Ankie Goldberg-Van Hoegee; and nephew Johan Goldberg.

A private family service to take place at a later date.
