SURVIVORS Jean leaves to cherish her memory Four sons: Lawrence (Wendy), Ron (Donna) of Mannville, Ken (Carol), Jim (Elaine) of Vermilion; one daughter: June Poliakiwski of Mannville; 8 grandchildren: Lorrie (Dave), Troy (Diane), Kory (Angel), Rhonda (Devon), Brandy (Jeremy) Kristopher, Julie, Trevor (Kerri), 10 great grandchildren: Justin, Adam, Brady, Raeann, Dylan, Cassidy, Autumn, Dawson, Jordan and Jace; two brothers: Pete (Nelsie) Kotowich of Two Hills and Harry (Rose) Kotowich of Vegreville, 2 sisters-in-law: Helen Kotowich of Innisfree and Pauline Kotowich of Edmonton as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by her husband Nick, grandson Derrick Poliakiwski; parents Paul and Julia Kotowich; 2 brothers Mike and John Kotowich; her sister and brother-in-law, Eva and John Palichuk.
