James "Jim" Robert Goodwin passed away on September 23, 2022, in Vermilion at the age of 87 years.

He will be remembered by his children Barb (Blair) Campbell, Debbie (Al) Dakin, and Murray (Kelly Salmon) Goodwin; grandchildren Kyle (Arielle) Farkash, Bryce Farkash, Becky Farkash, Myles Farkash, and Dayna (Braden) Millan; great granddaughter Juna Jay Farkash; sister Carol Kindrachuk; special friends Monty and Shannon Pottle; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

He was predeceased by his wife Patricia “Pat”; grandson Cole Allan Dakin; parents William & Agnes; siblings Eleanor-Jean (Dennis) Carson, Bill (Rolande) Goodwin, and Margaret (Bob) Mullaly; and brother in law Dave Kindrachuk.

A private family service will be taking place on a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Huntington’s Disease Society of Canada, SPCA or a charity of one’s choice.
