On Friday, September 12, 2008 Mr. Herb Snyder of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright General Hospital at the age of 85 years. He is survived by his loving family; his wife, Nadine of Wainwright; one son, Gordon (Cesar Guimbatan) Snyder of Wainwright; one daughter, Jena (Colin) Bamsey of Edgerton, Alberta; three grandchildren, Nikko Snyder, Sara (Mike) Wengryn, Matt Bamsey; two great grandchildren, Katie and Zach; one sister, Roberta Stevens of Calgary, Alberta; one brother, Wally (Pat) Stevens of Pine Lake, Alberta. He was predeceased by one brother, Kirk Snyder; one sister, Bea Ricker.
