Harvey is survived by his brother John Fellner of Wainwright, 2 sisters: Barb Sanders of Weyburn, Saskatchewan and Raynell Tomkins of Richmond, BC as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents John and Katherine Fellner
