On Friday, December 5, 2008 Mr. Fred Burton of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital at the age of 75 years. Fred is survived by his loving family; his wife, Jessie of Wainwright; four children, Donna (Ron) James of Calgary, Alberta, Doug (Sheila) Burton of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Phil Burton (Carrie) of Sundre, Alberta, Linda (Keray) Myer of Camrose, Alberta; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; Brock; one great grandchild; his mother, Freda Burton of Wainwright; one sister, Doreen Haydu of Calgary; a host of relatives nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Pat Dallyn; his father, Harold Burton.
