On Thursday, December 11, 2008 Mr. Ernie Marchand of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital at the age of 89 years. Ernie is survived by his loving family; his wife, Evy of Wainwright; three sons, Bob (Judy) Marchand, Fred (Barb) Marchand, Tony (Mariann) Marchand all of Wainwright; four step children, Donald (Norma) Coleman of Wainwright, Betty (Skip) Roadhouse of Hughenden, Alberta, Kathleen (David) Dalby of Smoky Lake, Alberta, Rick (Joyce) Coleman of Lloydminster, Alberta; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; thirteen step grandchildren; numerous step-great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Mildred.
