Elsie Schumacher Obituary

Elsie Schumacher passed away on May 25, 2024 in Stony Plain, Alberta at the age of 89 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons David (Kim) Schumacher of Onoway, and Wayne (Marla) Schumacher of Spruce Grove; grandchildren Lyle, Glen, Amy (Mike), Scott, Matthew, and Nicole; great grandchildren Zachary, Annabelle, Caroline, Olivia, Emma, Aurora, Rylan, and Heather; brothers Henry (Helen) Sturt of Stony Plain, and Charlie Sturt of Edmonton; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband George Schumacher; parents Herb and Rose Sturt; and brother Art Sturt.

A private family service will be taking place at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
