Ella (Fleming) Eyben

Ella Eyben passed away July 20, 2026 in Vermilion, Alberta at the age of 97 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children Les Bauer (special friend Peggy Bauer), and Karen Bowtell; grandchildren Erinn (Mirco) Tiller, Rhonda (Donnie Crook) Bowtell, and Darcy Bauer;  great grandchildren Eric, Connor, and Drew Tiller; great grand-dog Easton; step children Doug (Colleen) Eyben, Dale Eyben, Debbie (Barry) Stuart, Patti (Paul) Breland & families; siblings Ron (Doris) Fleming and Martha (Horst) Wessel; brother in law George (Patricia) Van Peteghen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

She was pre-deceased by her first husband Ron Bauer; second husband Henry Eyben; son in law James Bowtell; parents William & Bertha Fleming; and sisters Ruth Van Peteghen and Rita Fleming.

A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Faith Lutheran Church, 4514—55 Avenue, Vermilion.

Memorial donations may be made to Community Closet or charity of choice.
