Edith Christina Gadke Upton Hinecker Fry

Edith Fry passed away on October 30, 2024 in Vermilion, Alberta at the age of 82 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Fred Fry; children Dean (Amberlee) Gadke, Bert Gadke, Norma (Ross) Darnel, Tina (John) Bielesch, and Shane (Shannon) Upton; 27 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; brother Ken (Norma) Harris; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Christopher & Martha Gadke; husbands Norman Upton and Bill Hinecker; 4 sisters and 2 brothers; and 2 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church, 4709—43 Street, Vermilion, AB.

Memorial donations may be made to Glad Tidings Pentecostal Assembly or charity of one’s choice.
