Christina Millar

On Sunday, April 19, 2009 Mrs. Christina Millar of Vermilion passed away at the Vermilion Health Care Complex at the age of 49 years. Chris is loved and remembered by her children: Aaron Millar (Anna Conrad) of Edmonton and Megan Millar (Brad Macnab) of Fort McMurray; her mother Olga MacMillan of Vermilion, father-in-law Murray Millar of Vermilion, 4 sisters: Rodena (Darwin) Cundliffe, Margaret (Lyle) Currie, Barb (Robert Jr.) Snelgrove, Rosemary MacMillan (Marvin Senft); 5 Brothers: Duncan (Jean) MacMillan of Vermilion, Allister (Roxie) MacMillan of Camrose, Ken (Barb) MacMillan of Hardisty, Malcolm MacMillan of Escondido, California, Maurice (Heather) MacMillan of Vermilion as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Chris was predeceased by her husband Ray, daughter Nadine, her father Alexander and mother-in-law Edith Millar. A Prayer Service for Chris will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Vermilion. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Andrews Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Association or Friends of Vermilion Health Care.
