Allan Christian

On Sunday, March 8, 2009 Mr. Allan Christian of Wainwright and formerly of Edgerton passed away at the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his 5 children: Ron (Brenda) Christian, Lois Young of Ottawa, Ontario, Larry (Karen) Christian of New Norway, Kevin Christian (Debbie Lavay) of Wainwright, Loreen (Doug) Jackson of Queensland, Australia; and their mother Evelyn Christian of Edgerton; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson; 1 sister, Edwine (Conrad) Nelson of McLaughlin, 1 brother Vern Christian of Edgerton as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Allan was predeceased by his parents Edward and Dorothy Christian and 3 sisters Jeannette, Sylvia and Kitty A Funeral Service for Allan Christian will be held at the Agricultural Hall in Edgerton, Alberta on Saturday, March 14th, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Lois Greenlay Burwash officiating. Interment will follow in the Edgerton Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Wainwright Auxiliary Patient Comfort Fund, the Parkinsons Society or to the charity of the donors choice.
